5 kilos to be exact.

like in record time.

people used to say that if you're happy, you'll put on some weight.
of course la, usually people who are depress eat little and sleep even less.
on the contrary, i eat a lot, i mean A LOT - like 4 times a day - with nasik lemak almost every morning, plus heavy midnight snacks.
and i sleep like 7 hours a day on weekdays and 10 hours at least on weekends.
i'm now not only ugly.
but also fat and ugly.
haha cynical me.
