resepi puding telur

oraittt yoshhh!
aku telah membuat persediaan untuk masak puding telur esok! yaa Sabtu sehari seblom pose.. sajer nak test power menjadik tak aura puding telur aku tahun nih..
tadi balik aku singgah TMC Bangsar beli susu fresh milk.
aku ingat nak pakai susu tepung yg aku dok buat pankek tu jer, tapi aku takot tak jadi mcm tahun lepas hehe.. aku beli la susu paling murah - chap Giant

ok camni la resepi yg aku cilok kat blog minah nih..
terkujat aku nak kira 1 pint tu banyak mana.. rupanya lebeh kurang setengah liter.. adeihh..

Creme Caramel

For Custard :
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons castor sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
1 pint fresh milk

For Caramel :
90 gm sugar
5 tablespoons hot water

Instructions :
1- Mix sugar & water in a pan. Swirl constantly to dissolve the sugar & cook over medium heat. It will take about 3-5 minutes for it to turn to golden brown. Pour the caramel into a mould & tilt the mould so that the caramel coat the mould's base evenly.

2- Preheat the oven to 170 degree C.

3- In separate bowl, put the eggs, egg yolks, castor sugar, vanilla essence & salt. mix them together-gether with a wooden spoon.

4- Heat the milk and pour it slowly on to the egg mixture while stirring all the time.

5- Pour the custard mixture into the prepared mould. Covered it with aluminium foil.

6- Bake in warm water bath for 1 hour

7- Chill & serve. To serve, loosen the edges and invert onto a serving plate and let the caramel pool around the dessert.
